Products Overview
Today, more than ever, credit professionals must make accurate, on-the-spot credit decisions,
frequently with only limited information. Credit managers are asked to do more with fewer
people and yet they are responsible for, typically, a company’s largest asset. In today’s
economy, the credit professional needs the tools and information readily available to manage
and control that largest asset.
Since the mid-1980’s, Credit & Management Systems, Inc.(CMS) has been a leading provider of
software systems for credit management and accounts receivable collections. We were the first
and foremost advocates for business customer scoring and portfolio risk analysis. We were the
first to provide software dedicated to supporting the tasks of the credit professional. Now CMS
has transitioned into being a premier provider of Software as a Service (SaaS) web-based solutions
for credit and collections, still with the focus on risk evaluations as a means to reach viable
credit decisions. CMS’s new CCM-Online hosted service combines the power and functionality of two
of our earlier software products - the Corporate Credit Manager and the Collection Assistant – into one
fully integrated web-based application. We joined these two powerful enterprise level systems
into a single source service, incorporating many of the additional functions and features requested
by our users. And then we priced it reasonably! CCM-Online is truly the Enterprise level solution
for Companies of every size!
CMS has also rewritten and reintroduced our WebDecsioning™ new credit application processing
solution for fast and easy approvals on new accounts. And we have several other services to
be offered in the coming months.

Web Decisioning
CMS's WebDecisioning™ is a web-based tool for processing new B2B credit applications
and obtaining immediate results. Prospective new account information is entered into your credit application and,
when submitted, is:
- Scored - using your scorecard and data from one or several third party data providers;
- Assigned a Credit Limit and Terms - using your authorized limits and rules for new accounts based on the score; and
- Given an Approval Status - either immediatly Approved, or set aside for further Review, or Declined, all based upon your decision rules.
WebDecisioning can obtain an approval with a suggested Credit Limit and Terms in seconds! All applications are
reviewable, as are the supporting agency reports used to obtain the scoring elements. WebDecisioning can
also be configured to provide a fulfillment function to send return information via email, including attachments for additional documents,
directly to the applicant and/or personnel internally. Data for all applications can be exported for use in your internal systems.
WebDecisioning can also feed the application data directly into CMS's CCM-Online Credit and Collection application, if desired.
WebDecisioning is a fast, easy and low-cost way to obtain new account approvals.

Financial Data Interface
For years, CMS has had a direct feed from Reuters Financials which is available to
customers for use in CMS products. This feed contains US publicly traded institutions
which file financial statements with the SEC.
CMS is now offering a direct connection
to this data through the use of the Financial Data Interface. This connection is ideal
for companies looking to pull financial statement data directly to their in-house processes
and systems. The Financial Data Interface allows IT teams to gain access quickly and
easily integrate financial data into the end user’s daily workflow.

Iridium Score
CMS’ Iridium Score is a customizable hosted scoring architecture which will update
periodically with data from various data providers. This data combined with a user’s
in-house information is processed through a user defined scoring model to produce a score.
This score can then be downloaded directly in to a user’s internal systems. The
Iridium Score also allows for notification of changes through a wide variety of alert
systems, including email, alert files, or other means when requested. This system also
has the ability to produce credit limit and terms recommendations based on the user
preferences.
