Started in 1985 and incorporated in 1987, CMS was a single product corporation with its Corporate Credit Manager (CCM) system. The CCM system had originally been developed as a financial analysis tool in support of the commercial lending group at Citicorp. CMS was the first and only exhibitor at the NACM conference in Washington, DC in 1985 and has attended every year since.
